This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy applies to "Consumer Health Data," as that term is defined under applicable law, in the relevant US states. Any term used in this policy that is defined under applicable Consumer Health Data laws has the meaning given to it in those laws.
A. Collection of Consumer Health Data
We Collect the following categories of Consumer Health Data from Consumers:
- Individual health conditions, treatment, diseases, or diagnosis;
- Social, psychological, behavioral, and medical interventions;
- Use of prescribed medication;
- Bodily functions, vital signs, symptoms, or measurements related to health;
- Diagnoses or diagnostic testing, treatment, or medication;
- Reproductive health information; and
- Health-related data derived or inferred from any of the above.
We Collect and use these categories of Consumer Health Data for the following purposes:
- Provide, maintain, and support our products and services;
- Store your lab results, symptoms, medications and doses, and display them together on one timeline;
- Convert lab values between units and compare each result against the reference range from your own lab report;
- Identify patterns between your symptoms and your lab markers over time;
- Read values from photographs or files of lab reports that you upload;
- Generate the doctor visit report you can share with your clinician;
- Send the medication reminders and blood-draw preparation alerts you set up;
- Set up the app around what you tell us during setup, and understand who uses the Services and why;
- Respond to your requests and provide customer support;
- Maintain the security of our services, diagnose faults, and prevent fraud; and
- Comply with law and legal process, maintain records, and exercise or defend legal claims.
B. The Categories of Sources From Which We Collect Consumer Health Data
- Directly from you, when you enter information into our app, upload a photograph or file of a lab report, or contact us.
C. The Categories of Consumer Health Data That We Share
We do not Sell Consumer Health Data.
We Share Consumer Health Data only with service providers acting on our instructions under written contract, and only as required to provide the services you have requested. We do not Share Consumer Health Data for advertising, marketing, or research purposes.
D. Third Parties and Affiliates With Whom We Share Consumer Health Data
- Supabase, Inc. — hosting and database services for the information you enter;

They receive no Consumer Health Data: not your results, symptoms, doses, notes or feedback messages, and no recording of your screen. Our app does not display free-text survey questions, and is configured so that a survey containing one cannot be shown; and
- Third parties in connection with a business transfer.
